Kneesaver Pedal Adapters case-hardened steel extensions fit standard 9/16 pedals and move each pedal out 20mm. Simply remove pedals from crank arms of bike, thread Kneesavers into crank arm and tighten with a wrench. Then rethread pedals into Kneesavers and tighten. These will help eliminate knee pain for those cyclists with toe-out condition, large feet, wide pelvis or bowlegs. PLEASE NOTE that the Kneesaver Pedal Adapters will not work with any pedals that do not have pedal wrench flats!
