Item #LS-0023AC: This Ritchey brake cable connector is designed for quickly disconnecting and reconnecting a brake cable on folding bikes and bicycles that need to be disassembled and reassembled for shipping/traveling; requires the use of two brake cables per connector. One brake cable runs from a brake lever to the cable connector and is attached to the connector with TWO set screws for added security. The head of the other brake cable fits into the male part of the connector and runs from the cable connector to the brake caliper. Sold as one male/female connector unit.
