Shimano 22.2mm Friction Clamp-on Stem Shifter/Rear

Item #SH-STEMS: This friction (non-index) clamp-on Shimano model "Z" single lever (rear only) shifter is designed to clamp on to a traditional quill (non aheadset) style handlebar stem; comes with a derailleur cable and two pieces of friction shifter "clear" cable housing. Installation requires that the frame has a casing stop on the downtube near where a downtube shifter would normally be located. In the event that the included 270mm and 170mm clear cable housings are not the appropriate length, you could use either brake housing or index housing as a substitute.
