BROWSING THE PRODUCT CATEGORIES
To view or order from the various products we have to offer, simply click on a department tab at the top and then choose a category from the navigation bar to the left to narrow your selection even more. Many items have additional information available about the product, accessible by clicking the item's name. To order, enter the quantity of the item, then click "Add To Cart."
MODIFYING ITEMS IN YOUR ORDER
To view your current cart contents, click the "View Cart or Checkout" button located in the upper right of the top menu bar. You will then see the contents of your current order and you can also modify any items' quantities. To delete an item entirely from your order, enter 0.
CHECKING OUT
If you are finished adding items to your order, click the "View Cart or Checkout" button located in the upper right of the top menu bar. You will be taken to the checkout steps where you will enter your shipping and billing information. When finished filling out the form, click "Submit Order" at the bottom and your order will be sent!
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept VISA or MasterCard - sorry, no COD's. Your credit card will be charged at the time the order is shipped and will include the shipping charge. International orders will have their shipping charges calculated when the order is filled, and customers will be contacted via e-mail for approval of the charge before the order is shipped. (Domestic customers who prefer to mail in orders may send a check or money order, but please don't forget to add the shipping charge!)

RETURN POLICY
If you ever end up with a new tool or a small part that you don't want, just return it via mail or UPS to the address below. Please pack it securely in a padded envelope or in a well taped box, include a copy of your sales slip or order #, and let us know if you want an exchange or refund. We normally process returns within 48 hours. Please make every effort to return within 60 days of the purchase date!
