PAYMENT METHOD
We take Visa and Master Card. If you mail in your order, you may send a personal check or money order in U.S. Dollars.
SHIPPING METHOD
We USUALLY ship orders within 24-48 hours, Monday through Thursday. Orders under 75 dollars in value, which weigh 2 pounds or less, are usually shipped via USPS first class or priority mail, while orders which are more than 75 dollars in value and/or weigh more than 2 pounds are usually shipped via UPS Ground. Our EXPEDITED service is by UPS Three Day, which arrives in three business days. (For example, if we ship on Thursday via UPS Three Day, the parcel will arrive on Tuesday the following week.) PLEASE NOTE: Occasionally orders which contain bicycle parts are held in our office for 7 to 10 days until all parts are available. We will try to notify you if there is a significant delay on any of the bicycle small parts you order.
FOREIGN ORDERS
We ship to many countries in South and Central America, Europe, Asia, Australia and New Zealand. Shipping charges are determined by the total weight of the merchandise. After we receive your order, we will e-mail or FAX a quote for shipment via International First Class Mail. We will ask that you reply to confirm the total charge. Payment is in U.S. Dollars, and the customer is responsible for duties, customs fees, VAT, etc.
WALK IN SERVICE
We are closed weekends and on national holidays. We take orders via our web site, the post office and by FAX (sorry, no phone sales). We don't have a retail storefront and are located 20 miles from the nearest town, but we offer walk-in service by appointment. Please let us know at least one week in advance, and we'll have your order invoiced and ready to be picked up when you arrive.
MINIMUM ORDER - TEN DOLLARS
Because we sell small parts, we tend to process many small orders. Please keep in mind that shipping and handling charges will be proportionately higher for small orders. They cost just as much to process as larger orders, and they do tend to drive our order averages down and our Visa/MasterCard percentages (what we are charged per transaction) up.
RETURNS
If you ever end up with a new tool or a small part that you don't want, just return it via mail or UPS to the address below. Please pack it securely in a padded envelope or in a well taped box, include a copy of your sales slip or order number, and let us know if you want an exchange or a refund. We normally process returns within 48 hours. Please make every effort to return within 60 days of the purchase date!
